This tour, with Benny and Ricardo Miller, was a complete blast. Not only did we get great looks at all of the Jamaican endemic species, but we had a really fun time doing it. It was a small group (five guests and two guides) and we shared a lot of laughs in between finding amazing and beautiful birds. We also really enjoyed Jamaican music, culture and food! In all, an excellent trip and highly recommended.

We went on this trip for the large number of Hispaniolan endemic species. It was most satisfying to get all but one of the possible endemics in Dominican Republic, including the critically endangered Ridgway's Hawk.. Benny is a wonderful guide and an excellent travelling companion. Dominican Republic is much more than the gated resorts of Punta Cana. We felt the country has so much potential, and it was very interesting to see all of the regions we visited and experience some of the wonderful culture there.

Well-planned trip to introduce you to the birds of these regions with an emphasis on endemics. A vibrant birding tourism industry is growing rapidly in Colombia and it is exciting to be part of it. We felt welcomed everywhere. Our Colombian guide, Juan Lopez, gave us context for understanding the history and geography where we traveled. For me, the hummingbirds and the tanagers were the stars. The biodiversity of Colombia is astounding. And the landscapes are gorgeous.

Awesome birds! Awesome people! Colombia is a safe country now. We travelled to see birds in the mountains and along the Caribbean coast. Many fantastic species were seen. Benny is a wonderful tour guide and hires only the best local guides. This is a wonderful way to give the local communities a reason to keep their habitats intact for wildlife. And, the fellow birders on this trip were a very fun bunch to bird with.

Colombia is a beautiful, safe country with lovely people. We birded all of the Western and Central Andes ecological zones and observed some really wonderful species. Benny is a fantastic organizer who attracts birders who love a fun experience as well as great birds. We highly recommend travelling with him!
